US Immigration from Nigeria

While, filling the form out for my siblings my mother got stuck on page 2 of 18 for the i485 document. She was using the one that her lawyer filled out for me as reference. The problem is that the lawyer had 2 copies of pages 2 of 18. One copy had my mother information, her passport ssn etc. The other copy had my own information. She isn't sure whether this was a mistake on the layers part of intended. If someone could confirm that would be great.

Our petition was approved on the 3rd of April, Will the NVC package be sent by postal mail or electronic mail (email) to the beneficiary; my husband in Nigeria.

Hi VJ members, My Fianc filed our K- 1 application since October 2019 at the USCIS Arizona Local Office and it s been 5 months now. We are yet to receive the NOA1. On the USCIS website the local offices address are no longer receiving applications. Is the delay due to the fact that filed our application at the local office in Arizona?

Got this message on my nvc portal but couldn't opened it.. I don't know what message nvc is trying to pass across to us... I complete my Ds260 months back and uploaded other documents but we haven't upload our i864 and tax return transcripts due to the hold up from irs to send the transcript to us... Anybody seen this kinda thing before should help

My mom was bar from entering the US at point of entry for 5 years because the border control officers said she worked in the United States during her last visit.

The truth is, she didn t work. Although, she babysit for a family friend member who gave her a gift when she was leaving. Her English is not very good and she couldn t understand the officers very well.
when I was there, I told the officers to get her someone that understand her dialect cos she don t understand English much and the officer told me she spoke with someone in her dialect. But when I could speak to my mom, she told me she requested to give her someone that understand her language cos she don t understand English but they refused.
megaton can I do? I was told I could get a waiver..

someone should please help. We just lost our dad too, and then this happens to my mom.
