US Immigration from Nigeria

Hi all! I have some detail questions I m hoping can be ironed out for my peace of mind.

I am working on my letter of intent and I realized, I don t know what some of the terminology means. Include the name of the country where embassy is located I am in Oregon, he is in Nigeria. For my own copy of the letter, are they asking me for the Embassy in Nigeria? Which Consulate/embassy am I mailing this to? I am confused.

My husband and I filed his AOS (from tourist) application in December 2019 and are now awaiting our interview and waiting for his EAD to be approved. We will be moving out of state (from VA to TX) in August and I was just wondering if anyone else had experience with moving out of state while awaiting their approval? We are hoping the his employment authorization at least comes before we move, but we anticipate the interview being scheduled for after we move.

Any opinions/advice or experiences with this would be great!

My husband and I paid all fees and submitted all documents requested on Feb 3. 2020. Our documents were reviewed on April 10th and we were told that I needed to submit my divorce decree which I did immediately. All other documents were accepted on April 10th. Since then I sent an expedite request which was denied because all embassies are closed. I have also called NVC and was told they cannot expedite document review and we have to wait until they get to April 10th before they can review a single document. I know that most embassies are closed due to the pandemic but if our paperwork is held back then we will be at the back of the line once the embassy reopens. Please, if there is anyone who has experienced a similar issue or know of a work around let us know. WThank you in advance for your support.

Hey. Just got a job but unfortunately, the insurance plans are very costly. The cheapest will cost me about $189 biweekly for a single person with $2500 deductible. The coverage is 80%. Please, any where to get something cheaper. I need it for my wife's sake. Thanks.

She got her visa in January after her interview and she was supposed to come in less than 2 weeks, but her flight was canceled due to Trump's announced suspension of immigration and the Corona virus. Her Visa expires early July. What would happen?
