US Immigration from Nigeria

I came in on B2 visa and now AOS based on marriage. I read through the guide and USCIS website and the forms I am required to file are Forms I-130, I-130A, I-131, I-485, I-864, I-765, I-944. My questions are

1) In care of, should that be my name, the name of my spouse or should I leave it blank (we live together?

2) In Part 2 of I-485, talked about Form I-797 (receipt or approval notice for underlying petition). Please what does this mean as I do not have any underlying petition?

3) Form I-864; part 3, #1 we clicked yes (sponsoring the principal immigrant named in part 2), I also have 3 kids born in the US from previous marriage. Should I include their names in the family member section (i.e. #4 to #18)

4) Am I to attach form G-1145 to all the forms?

5) Some parts of the forms do not allow me type on or tick, can I use black ink pen on those areas after I print out?

6) I am still unable to get a credit report. My spouse added me as a user to his credit card but I still cannot generate any credit report. Please any other suggestions?

7) As regards up to date form, is it the edition date at the left down part or the expiration date at the upper right part one should consider?

My husband and I are at the NVC stage, can anyone please help us with the questions listed below;

1. Is it necessary to upload child of beneficiary s birth certificate although the child is not included on this affidavit of support?

2. Does the beneficiary need to go to medical examination / test before receiving the interview letter or after receiving the letter?

3. Better still, will the interview letter have instructions to go for medical examination / test?

4. Does the beneficiary need to upload educational certificates?

5. Does beneficiary need to upload proof of employment?

I'm sure all if you are fine. I had filed for someone before and part 3 is giving me trouble. I mention on page 4 number 22.a that i had previously submitted an affidavit of support for my ex fiance (I wrote his names and info). I'm confused on number 26.a- 29. My question is , who are they referring to here where they say " I have submitted a visa petition (s) to USCIS on behalf of the following persons. If none, write "None" in the space for name below ?" Who's name should be here? My ex or my present fiance? In the first instance on 22.a they use previously but in 26, they just say " i gave submitted " hence my confusion. Please help. Thanks.

I just completed my online application for the spousal visa,do I need to submit the I-944 Public charge rule form with my application ?

Anyone can you please help me! Only thing holding back my Nigerian husbands interview is his birth certificate we have one from magistrate court and another one from the national population commission as stated on documents needed not sure why it s being rejected?! Any help!urgent!!!
