US Immigration from Nigeria

My brother is a Dr and a Nigerian who works in another African country and wants to come to the US for an 8month accelerated program..

What proofs can he provide to show he will leave the USA on completion of his studies as a third country national applying for an F1 visa for Graduate studies?

Please can one still order a tax transcript online. My Husband tried to order online and he was told to come to the IRS office with proof of ID as that's the process now due to high level of identity fraud. Please has anybody had this experience before. Thanks

I have also seem on the USCIS website that your are offering permium processing for some petition I want to know if they offer that service for the i130 petition form for my husband. can anyone tell me if it's available.

April this year Trump signed an executive order banning some countries from applying to US permanent and I think it is majorly marriage/family Ion know the supposed code for it maybe K1 Visa category or sum. So I am intending to study in the US as an undergraduate and later on join the US Military and naturalize if it s possible

Hello everyone, good to be back on here.
My leadership wants me to apply for my citizenship N-400 based on my active duty military service which i am very interested in doing , we have been collecting documents needed and it is almost complete and ready for submission, on the N-400 form there is a part that has input boxes for legal change of name, i want to know if i would like to change part of my name do i just fill that part with my new desired name or are there more strings attached, anyone who has an idea should please shed more light so i can understand.
