I submitted an AoS application packet a few weeks ago and just got a rejection because I used an outdated i-485. Is it okay for me to refile it using the same submitted evidence or do I need to reprint all the paperwork again? All the evidence I sent in came back with a printed code on the bottom of the pages. The i-130 was also returned because I was doing a joint filing. Can I just resend that as it is?

Question

1. Form I-485, Item 61 (Declaration of Self Sufficiency) are you exempt from the public charge ground of inadmissibility? This relates to form I-944. Should I answer yes or no? no more i-944 form on the USCIS website but I already downloaded it before now but the i-485 instruction still states we should fill it.

2. Am I to send to Chicago Lock box address (I stay in Georgia)?

3. Is it ok to staple some of the supporting documents?

Hello everyone, please can someone help me cause am very confuse about my husband and I. I live in USA and file from Nigeria where my husband stays. It being two years now without approval.
