US Immigration from Nigeria

Me and wife withdraw a case and case was denied. Then USCIS informs that when I filled I was present in the US contrary to law and I have 33 days to leave
I currently have an L1 status approval with a1-94 that runs from 2019 to 2022. I applied this year for AOS.

Already spoke to a lawyer and they say it s a generic letter they send out after denial. I also don t have a visa for this status because I never needed to leave the US.

Really confused on what to do. Anyone with such experience or could this be something unrelated to overstay.

DQ since July, do anyone know when i will be schedule for an interview?

Is it possible? My fianc and I are getting married in 5 months in his home country of Nigeria, we are both early 40s in age.

He got an offer from his former university professor for entry into a specialized program he has been waiting for years. But its in another country, and only for 1 year. I was planning on filing the CR1 right after our wedding but if he is in another country how would that work?

Would I need to file from the country he is attending university or his home country?

My name is Lisa. I'm the caregiver of Ms. Betty. This is her page. She took to a bad fall that has left her in a mobile wheelchair; she's not walking. She spent six weeks in the hospital and and the rehabilitation center. The MRI has shown that she broke her neck and lucky that she is able to move her arms to an extent. She's lucky to be alive. The emts didn't stabilize her neck when she was transported from her home to the next largest hospital; she went 40 miles away from home.

I am her late night caregiver. She is not able to walk, bathe herself, cook, care, etc. We are concerned with her condition.

She's married and her husband is in Nigeria. He is needed here with her to help to care for her: this is very important. The age difference between her and the husband is only nine years and the reason I'm stating that is because she's not a senior citizen. She had a bad accident. USCIS took a very long time with her case and she got people involved to investigate her case. Within a few days: her case was approved.

Her daughter is deployed overseas: so she can't come to be with her mom. The husband is listed as her next of kin: on all of her living will, insurance etc. The doctors, neurosurgeon, PT, have recently found out she is married. These are new doctors that saw her a the neuro center.They want her husband with her during this extreme time in her life; her condition is serious.They are doing all they can to help her. Her insurance is allowing nursing aide to care for her. But she needs her husband. Do she have a chance of maybe trying to contact or myself the embassy? This is an emergency.
