My question is - If one writes NVC to withdraw a petition and within 24hrs wrote NVC that one is no longer willing to withdraw the Petition after resolving the issue due to misunderstanding. What happens next? Hope to hear from you.

Hi,

I had my AOS interview on December 8, 2020. After the interview, the Officer asked that I should do another medical, as she could not find the one I did in my country for the K1 interview, before she could approve my green card.

I submitted the new medical a week after. I got another RFE stating the following:

"You must provide the following information in order for us to make a final decision on your case.

-Your Form I-693 states that Dr. xxxxx referred you to the Health Department to follow up on your latent TB treatment. Submit that you have followed up with the Health Department regarding your Dr.'s referral. "

I don't think I really know what to do at this point. Has anyone gotten a similar RFE? Any advice please?

I submitted my N-400 based on military service online around October 3rd 2020 and still waiting for Naturalization interview, my 2 year conditional green-card expires in July 2021 (I hope I don't have to wait that long so my immigration can just be over with), so the question here is does anyone have an idea if I have to send in my removal of condition application as per the original agreement i.e 90 days expiration window to get the 10 year green-card?

I have been getting different information about ROC is not needed with a pending N-400 and also some saying I will have to remove condition even with the pending N-400.

Has anyone been in this boat before? I don't want ICE knocking on our door lol

We have to add a joint sponsor,my wife is my petitioner and she doesn t make enough so my friend in the army agreed to be my co sponsor,I hope it doesn t have negative effect cause the co sponsor is coming from the beneficiary?
