Hello vjs, Happy Christmas to you all. Thank you for your support and encouragement, after 2 years of filling uscis finally answered us. Please your comments and help will be needed as this journey has been so long, we need all the help we can get. 1.....We don t have any children together yet due my wife is a sickle cell patient and the doctor have advice we must be together before thinking of having children. 2..... I have never been married before and one of the reason we are in this situation today is because when I was in the uk I used a Causin of mine debit card to pay for my visa fees perhaps the reason they are asking if I have ever used someone else s name or date of birth. please vjs these are the 2 major places I am have issues regard what they are asking for. Your help and comments will be appropriated. we don t want to make any further mistakes thank you.

Hi, The reason why I am posting this here, is because I wasn t sure exactly what category this goes under, snd it has to do with financial information as well as possible tax issues. I don t want to give too many details. This is an extremely heartbreaking question to ask on VJ after all of the help I was freely given to help us make our spouse visa process quick and easy, so I could finally be with the man I love.. However, due to some recent risky, unfaithful, and uncaring decisions that my husband has been making, I feel like it would be smartest and safest for me to remove myself as his financial sponsor. He and I have been separated for almost 2 months, and I am not sure what exactly is going to happen in our future. I do know that his feelings about marriage have changed, and he is no longer the man I married and thought I knew. I read a few articles online, and they talked about there being SPECIFIC STEPS to follow in order to remove myself correctly as my husband s financial sponsor. if anyone reading this knows anything about this topic, or has experienced it themselves, would you kindly respond to me either publicly or privately? Thank you very much.

I did change of name two years ago. My surname is ISA but had always been written and used wrongly as ISAU even till university. So, two years ago, I decided to change it to ISA. Did court affidavit. My new surname ISA is on my passport and marriage certificate, even my wife and my daughter are ISA. My concern now is, at the interview, I might need to provide documents that have my former surname on them, even my drivers license still has my former surname. Wouldn't there be any problem as I have the affidavit? My passport and marriage certificate all have my new surname.

Hello, my husband has just been issued an interview in lagos in January 2021. With the ban President Trump put in Nigeria we are both skeptical. We want to take the interview but we are not sure if we will be considered for a waiver. We don't have any children, I am not in the military, and I do not have any medical issues. Can someone please advise me? Are they only issuing visas with those with a waiver? And if so how do we go about getting a waiver? Or should we just reschedule the interview?
