US Immigration from Nigeria

My husband was approved recently for his CR1 visa and is making plans to come to the US in the next few weeks. I know that the CR1 visa is for those that have been married for less than two years and the IR1 is for those who have been married for at least two years or more. Our two year wedding anniversary is in a few months. My question is since our wedding anniversary is in a few months, how long do we have to wait to adjust his status?

Hey Everyone, my wife and I will be moving to a different address. I know I have to file the AR11 but I m not sure which form my wife ( sponsor) is required to submit to USCIS. Please advise

We got married June 2018 and I came to the state November 2019 with CR1 visa... I am the green card holder... My wife filed her 2018 and 2019 taxes has single but will be filing married jointly for 2020... I will be removing condition on my green card by August 2021 this year... I don't know if I should submit only the 2020 tax return after filing or should also submit the one for 2019 which she filed has single...

Hey family..

I greet each and every one of you.

It's been over a month since i last did my interview at Lagos, Nigeria. Interview was on the 18th December, i got approved by the Consular Officer. He told me I have been approved and my Visa will be issued within 2 weeks time and kept my passport.

It has been over a month since i had my interview, and my case status still showing as "Refused" case was only last updated on the 30th of December 2020. My wife is already worried and this delay is already causing issues, my marriage is already having issues as a result of as this delay..

I really do not know what else to do, I have called and written the U.S.A Embassy in Lagos, yet my Visa still not yet issued..

Please what else should i do, I'm so confused at this point...
