US Immigration from Nigeria

Recently heard they have started conducting and giving out visa for K1 filers in Lagos Nigeria . Please how true is this ?

Meanwhile am still waiting for my interview appointment since March 2020.

It's been more than one month since NVC created case number and issue invoice number to me, please my lovely people,how long does i have to wait before they give us instructions on how to pay fees and submit documents? I will be grateful for your advice. Thanks

The Lagos Consulate are now rescheduling cancelled interviews. Just thought of giving someone hope cause we ve all been waiting together.

I am an international student who recently got married to an American citizen. My wife doesn't meet the income requirements, even though she got a new job in January that would meet the requirement we can't prove this because she hasn't filed taxes and the year is still on.

My wife's dad agreed to be my co-sponsor, his earnings are way more than the requirement, but he was laid off in November last year and he doesn't know when his company will call him back even though he's sure they would. He has provided his Tax returns and W-2's but there's a problem.

1) He only has pay Stubs until November 2020.

2) His main boss quit, so he can't get a verification letter from the company.

Am I better off looking for another sponsor or is there something I can do to still use my father in-law as my join sponsor?

Please I need answers. Thanks.
