I got married in 2018 April the marriage was abusive that when we got in for our Gc interview In 2019 my wife withdrew her consent just to hurt me we got divorced and I filled in my vawa in 2020 November I filled for i130, i485,i765 combo.my ead was approved in March 2021 But surprisingly my advance parole was denied afterwards I received a notice that it was denied because I was in removal proceedings. 1. Will this stop me from having my Gc through vawa.2. Pls what do I do when I called uscis number I was told my court case is in 3rd of Jan 2022 .kindly advice me on best options. Thanks

My current spouse was previously with 3 children who are now my stepchildren. My stepchildren are living with the custodian parent. They only visit my spouse every other weekend. Part II of the N400 is asking for information about children. They are asking for their address. Is it ok to put down my address as their address even though they are not staying with me and my spouse? Please advise.

My child currently has a conditional green card which will expire in some months. From what I understand, he automatically became a US citizen the day he received the green card (he meets all 4 conditions). N600 and passport applications are both still pending. Do I still worry about removing condition on his green card alongside his mom s? I m worried about what his status will be in uscis systems after the card expires and we don t have either N600 or his US passport on hand.

Ever since NVC gave us Case number and invoice Number, each time I try to check our status under Nonimmigrant Section it tells me invalid case number or invoice Number,But if I tries to search under Immigrant,it gives me this result.and Am a K1 applicant

Good evening family. I have a general question for a gentleman I meet through my employer. His case was refused at the embassy due to a glitch. They found the glitch after he argued the case since October of 2020. He said that he haven't received a noticed or anything; but he went to the ceac website. On there it stated reopened. So he resubmitted his ds260 with a few updates and confirmed it.

They haven't sent him an email or anything to even tell him thay it was reopened. Now the case has been sent back to the embassy in Nigeria he thinks. If anything else need to be provided it syayes thay he needs to get in touch with the embassy in Nigeria.

He's in Florida at a convention for our employer. He will do a timeliness next week. I told him about Visa Journey. The question that he wants to know is if anyone knows what may happen; concerning this. What will they do next? Will his wife and son have to just redo a medical andxhis wife a police clearance.
