US Immigration from Nigeria

My husband got his police report a few months ago but it says it's only valid for 3 months. When he goes for his interview does he need to get a updated one or will the embassy accept it even though it's pass expiration date?

In September, we received our interview letter from NVC for November. However, I was under the impression that the case status should say "transit" and not "ready" especially this close to our interview date. Is it suppose to say ready? If not, when should it be expected to change?

So, when I was still a permanent resident 4years ago. Spouse filled a ds-160 and although he said we were married and included my name in the ds-160, he put in his address as my address and clicked no that he has no relative in the U.S - and he was going to a friend s wedding. The visa was refused. Issue is now our ir1 interview is upcoming in a few weeks. I m concerned that his No answer to having a spouse/relative in the u.s may be charged as misrepresentation. Should we be worried?

I want to transfer my case from Lagos to another africa country embassy, does anyone have an idea of any Africa country that has no backlog I can transfer my case to?

Does anyone have an idea how long it will take to get an interview letter in Togo?

Would anyone that recently went through the IR/CR-1 process have some type of a guide/flowchart for the NVC process and steps to interview?

I know the general get case number, do AOS and things like that but perhaps something more streamlined?

All processes I came across on VJ seem to be from like 2014 and am a bit concerned they're outdated?
