US Immigration from Nigeria

I just got notified by USCIS that the they need more documentation to submit my form. The only requested document is the certificate of marriage. My only concern is that I submitted this with my packet initially. Could it have gotten misplaced by USCIS? If there was something wrong with the marriage certificate I sent would they have specifically said what the issue is? Since I only have one chance to submit this proof, I just wanted to make sure?

Our immigration attorney has finally go silent. We paid him his balance last month which was the same month we go our welcome letter from NVC, now he neither pick call nor reply back our mail.. We have all our documents to be uploaded to NVC website ready months back and we already sent him everything,immediately we paid him his balance he never replied our mails nor call. Now we have to upload the documents by ourself. My questions are 1, as a beneficiary can I upload my documtand my wife documents on NVC as a beneficiary.

2. It is written on NVC website to come to interview with original documents does this mean I have to go to the interview with my wife divorce decree, i864, and her original tax transcripts

As for the immigration attorney he has been given a ultimatum of a week to return the balance we paid him which he refused to do the work we paid him for

I'm gonna call him out on all platform because I wouldn't want any other person to fall victim of this man, it is obvious most of them staged the review on their website... Thanks

Please i will like to find out the best way to upload form i-864ez on NVC CEAC website.

After filling the form electronically, should i just print out the sponsor signature page(5), then sign, scan and merge it back with the rest and upload?

Or i have to print out every page, scan and upload separately?

Furthermore, the AOS documents should i scan and upload each supporting document separately or whats the best way?

I will like to do this once without my document getting rejected.

I have a question about my spouse's arrival. He has a connecting flight that will be 2 hours after his flight arrives at the POE (Atlanta).

What is the immigration processing like (he has electronic processing)?

Does it take a long time? (will he likely be done to catch his connecting flight)?

Does he have to go through customs also?

Will he have to get his luggage and check in again? (It's the same airline)

So i had my interview on the 8th of January. It went generally well, but the interviewer told me i would have to provide an additional document (attestation of birth). he told me that after i provided it, my visa would be issued and that it would take about 2 weeks. He gave me back my passport, a document request form and a nd told me i would have to resubmit both of them, along with the requested document, in order to get my visa.

He also gave me the uscis immigrant fee form and the printout with information on domestic violence.

I obtained the requested document in 48hrs, but when i tried to submit, i was told that they had not requested for my passport on the request form. They refused to accept my passport, as a result.

When i tried to log in to ceac website some days later, i discovered i had been placed in administrative processing.

It has now been three months.

The recent change in language on the ceac website was confusing as i thought i had been refused. To be frank, i'm still not sure what the current situation is.

Does anyone else have any insight or perhaps a similar experience?
