I have a question, Do recipients of IR2 for infant have to pay the immigrant fee? You need an A# to do that, but IR2 recipients don t have an A#.

Can my wife claim at the interview that I m a self-employed knowing fully well that I sold the business to my brother?
I was a self-employed when I petition for my wife. I finalized the sales of my business to my brother in February, 2020. I submitted my AOS with my 2018 tax return which reads I was a self employed. My 2019 will read that I m a self employed too. Though I still work for the business and I m been paid with 1099 pending when I ll move to another state to start a different career. Her interview would probably be around May, 2020
