I will be filing my own petition for my spouse to come to the US. The new process is to file the paperwork online at USCIS.

Do I need to upload the financial support paperwork now or wait until they ask me for them?

Hi guys please we need help we are calculating our household size in Part 5 question.

It's just my Husband and myself making it 2 but when adding together Part 5 items numbers 1-7 should it be 2 or 3 as we are getting 3. As Part 5 questions 1,2,&3 are 1 each making a total of 3 household size. We don't know if we are making sense. We are a bit confused. Please help. Thanks

Did anyone include a Sponsor Letter with their application, the letter mentioning how you met your spouse, relationship information, marriage, etc?

If so, is there any mandatory information that needs to be included in the letter besides the basics?
