US Immigration from Nigeria

Does anyone have experience with this and how to categorize it on the I-130 documents?

After high school my husband went to South Africa to get his degree and after university was over and he graduated he stayed in South Africa with his then girlfriend who he met in SA. In order to stay in SA, they had to submit a cohabitation agreement to affect the student visa he was there on. The attorney who created the document filed it for him and they were together for years but have long since separated when she left SA to move to another country since 2014. Before we got married I told my husband that he would need to get this agreement dissolved and he went back to the original attorney and had something drawn up dissolving the original cohabitation agreement stating he and her were no longer together and he has left South Africa permanently and gone back to his home country, Nigeria.

So he contacted her mom, who contacted her and they both submitted current passport data pages and signed and returned the document dissolving the cohabitation agreement. This took some weeks to do and I was involved the whole way even talking to the SA attorney myself but it is now done and filed.

I have copes of everything but have no idea how to answer the question on the I-130 petition of whether he's been married before? Do I say yes or no? And should I include the copies of these agreements under "Additional Information" or Evidence" or not at all???

Good evening family. I have a general question for a gentleman I meet through my employer. His case was refused at the embassy due to a glitch. They found the glitch after he argued the case since October of 2020. He said that he haven't received a noticed or anything; but he went to the ceac website. On there it stated reopened. So he resubmitted his ds260 with a few updates and confirmed it.

They haven't sent him an email or anything to even tell him thay it was reopened. Now the case has been sent back to the embassy in Nigeria he thinks. If anything else need to be provided it syayes thay he needs to get in touch with the embassy in Nigeria.

He's in Florida at a convention for our employer. He will do a timeliness next week. I told him about Visa Journey. The question that he wants to know is if anyone knows what may happen; concerning this. What will they do next? Will his wife and son have to just redo a medical andxhis wife a police clearance.

Help pls I was told to submit tax transcript for 2019 and my joint sponsor has just filed for her 2019 and 2020 taxes and now she said her tax transcript is going to be may before she could get it pls what can I do will the embassy in Lagos Nigerian accept the tax returns only your advice will be highly appreciated thanks

looking for information in our situation. We had our interview in December and were told we needed a joint sponsor. However, we were unable to find one and my income from 2020 was more than sufficient. I filed my taxes and we are resubmitting our AOS with my tax transcript which shows my increased income from 2020. Is there anything else we should be aware of? Should this be sufficient? Also, how long should we expect for the embassy to respond to us? Income was our ONLY issue. Thanks in advance.

Please help me out, NVC keep rejecting my wife I-864A and Case FE Review note, she has tried several time to re-fil and submit but they keep rejecting the form.
