Can i file all documents from the US for my mother-in-law interview for Tourism visa?

Hello everyone. Im trying to schedule my interview for my fianc in regards to getting her K1 visa. We got the part 1 (Packet 3) email and instructions last week and we completed that and turned in all the documents. Yesterday, we received part 2 (Packet 4) instructing my fianc to schedule her medical exam and schedule her visa interview. However on Ustraveldocs website i am unable to schedule the interview. Im hoping someone here can give me some advice on what to do on how i can schedule the interview. Thank you.

Today, February 2, 2020, I received the I-797 - Notice of Action - Approval Notice for I-765 - Application for Employment Authorization. Not the actual EAD card, just the NoA saying it was approved. My I-485 is still pending, but I'm confident it'll get approve later this year.

My question is, in about how long will I receive the actual EAD card? Also, during the adjustment of status, I applied for a Social Security number since I didn't get one during the three month K-1 Visa period. Will the SSN come in the same envelope as the EAD or when will the SSN arrive?

I sent my wife's adjustment of status application on October 26, 2019. On December 6, 2019, she had her biometrics taken.

When can we expect to receive her social security number (SSN)? In the application, we requested one for her.

The reason I ask is because I'm waiting to file my taxes and she needs an SSN (I'm trying to avoid needing to apply for an ITIN).

Is there a government website or phone number I can call to check the progress of our application?

Should I expect to receive her SSN before the April 15 tax deadline?

I just wanted to let everyone that my visa journey is finally complete! I was able to bring her home and we arrived without any difficulty on December 30th. From start to finish, it has been an agonizing 26 months, particularly the last 19 months when my fiancee was stuck in Nicaragua. I doubted that this day would every come, after being trapped in the black hole of administrative processing for 17 months.
