US Immigration from Nicaragua

I am the sponsor of an application for a child in Nicaragua of a lawful permanent resident. The application was submitted just after the June, 2020 order by President Trump blocking the issuance of visas for children in this category. The mother and I are hopeful that the embassy in Managua will begin the processing of those visa applications. Does anyone know the situation at the Managua embassy related to this? Our biometrics appointment was originally scheduled for December, however we were unable to attend as planned. We immediately mailed in the form requesting a new biometrics appointment date. Over the past month we have called, chatted with a live agent via Emma, and gone by in person. Each time, we are told to simply wait. Has anyone else over the past year missed their biometrics appointment? If so, how long did it take to receive a notice in the mail with a new date? Is there anything else we should do, other than continue calling/and chatting with live agents about the status? At this point, we've already received the social security card and notice of approval of work authorization.

I just submitted my N400 application. My US citizen husband who I had been married for 7 years passed in November 2020 so I applied with the option of being a permanent resident for 5 years. They asked my marital status and i out widowed but I failed to fill out the previous marriage section. What should I do?

Hi. This question is about a f4 petition (sibling petition), where one of the family members is a 20 year old daughter who will age-out in November, 2021. They had an interview set up in Santo Domingo (Dominican Republic) for April 6, 2020, but it was cancelled due to COVID.. Since this category is currently banned under the Presidential Proclamation, is there a way they can submit a request for WAIVER and (following the waiver guidelines, of course)?? Also has anyone submitted a waiver without an attorney? Thanks!

I am currently filling out the affidavit of support for my K1 visa. I am the US petitioner. My question is, if my income from taxes isn't enough to qualify as a sole sponsor for my fianc .. can I include my savings account in the affidavit?

I was thinking of doing this while also including my mother as a joint sponsor, who technically doesn't make enough either but I figured it could only help my case?
