US Immigration from New Zealand

Hi, I've paid my fees, submitted DS-260 and civil documents. I recieved a letter saying they're just waiting on my AOS but I can't access the form. Its been "in process" since I paid. Any ideas? Its come out of my bank account so I know it was received weeks ago...

Is there a trick to opening a message in the NVC inbox? I've tried different browsers and letting it sit for minutes but I still can't get the message to open. Has anyone had issues and figured it out?

I've been trying to upload my civil documents all day and it keeps coming up with an error (photo below). Anyone else? Any ideas what to do?

When it says to "upload passports etc of you and each family member immigrating with you."

My wife and children are US citizens but we all live aboard so will be immigrating together, myself being the only one needing a visa. Do I upload their information too or just mine since im the only one requiring a visa? Sorry if this is confusing but I myself am confused haha

I have a bit of a stupid question regarding different courier services and where to send my I-130 package.

My spouse (US citizen) and I currently live in New Zealand and we're hoping to send off our I-130 package today. Because we're sending international, we're planning on using a courier service. On the USCIS website, the instructions say to send FedEx, UPS and DHL deliveries to the address in Lewisville, TX instead of the lockbox in Dallas. I'm assuming, but just wanting to check, that we're okay to use a courier service that's not FedEx, UPS or DHL - NZPost International Courier service - to send to the address in Lewisville. They're not going to reject packages that aren't from either of those three courier companies are they?
