US Immigration from Netherlands

While filing my I-129f I have hit a road block and can t seem to find a clear answer anywhere.

Under the criminal record section of the petition, it is unclear as to whether or not I should provide information regarding the two (non felony) DUI s on my criminal record. These are fairly recent, from 2016 and 2017.

As I interpret it, they must only be included if there are 3 or more drug or alcohol related offenses on the usc petitioners record. Can this be confirmed? I m sure it s best to be safe and provide the info, but I don t want to add extra steps, as the process is already complex.

If I should provide further information regarding the offenses, any advice on the documents I should provide and how to properly include them would be greatly appreciated!

As a full disclosure, my fianc e is aware of my record so the US govt telling her this will not come as a surprise.

My fiance and I are in the process of filling out the I-129F form. We're also in the process of buying a house, but it sounds like it may still be a few months before he can actually move in. Obviously, we want to avoid waiting that long to submit, so we're trying to figure out what to do about the address parts of the form.

I've read about how to change the petitioner's address, so that shouldn't be a problem. However, there's also the "Address In The United States Where Your Beneficiary Intends To Live" section. Ultimately, this will be the address of our new house, but what do we put here in the meantime? Is it possible to change this information along with the petitioner's address later?

Also, I will probably be moving myself while the petition is being processed, as I currently live in a student dorm. I've already filled in my parents' address as my mail address to ensure nothing gets lost, but is it important to let USCIS know when my physical address changes? If so, how do I do that?

In october our son was born and now the bills are coming in. We have a pretty good health insurance plan via the employer of my wife. After deductible, copay etc we have 100% coverage for the delivery. We got our EOB explanation of benefits that says our member responsibility is zero and the disallowed amount is 6000. Ive been googling and i understood that in network doctors negotiate a price with the insurance and that is a set fee and cant charge a penny more than that.

Friday we received a bill from the doctor asking to pay the remaining 6000 dollars within 30 days. But because he is in network that is not allowed right? Ive been worrying a lot this weekend, losing sleep over this. I cannot call until monday im looking for advice how to proceed. Im am very confused with the health care in this country its so much easier in Europe.
