US Immigration from Netherlands

I arrived in the US on 26th November 2019 on a K-1 visa. Since then, I got my SSN, a driver's license and have married my US Citizen fiancee. I haven't filed AOS yet but will do that in the coming days.

I want to open a checking account to transfer my funds from my European bank account. I have inquired with two banks, who asked me questions about my status and each of them came to a different conclusion - according to the first, I am a Resident Alien, according to the other one, I'm a Non-Resident Alien.

So I thought it shouldn't be that difficult and went to irs.gov. I do not pass the Green Card test (don't have one) and I do not pass the Substantian Presence test (I visited the US 3 times in 2019 for the total of 59 days, so according to the definition I should only count a third of this number, which means 19 days), so I should be a Non-Resident Alien. Or am I wrong or missing sth? Please help!

I also encoutered the term "US person", what does that mean? Am I a US person?

I'm quite lost in these terms and conditions.....can somebody please explain?

My american partner and me, dutch, are almost ready to pay for the filing fee for I-130.

We currently live in Amsterdam. how, other than creditcard, can we pay the filing fee?

We have an american bank account at 5/3rd bank. can we pay with our debitcard?

And if we can pay with a moneyorder can we use Western Union?

I m in the process of filing my AOS based on marriage to LPR. Currently I m holding a G-5 visa and working as a domestic employee of a UN employee. I know I ll have to file I-566 and I-508. In form I-508 I have to fill out information about my employment, it asks for name of mission or organization. I don t know what to put there since I m not working for a mission to the UN myself but my employer does. Anyone knows what I should put there? Many thanks in advance!!

We are in the slow process (slow because we recently became parents again and the kids take up a lot of time) of filing documents and have reached the financial bit. My wife (sponsor) lives here in the Netherlands with my and therefore has no income in the US. This is where our joint sponsor comes along, my wife's parents. Now we know they have to fill out a I864 and I864a and provide financial documents and proof of citizenship. So far not an issue. However, I can't seem to figure out which of these documents they need to provide originals for, for me to bring to the interview, I'll need to provide a scanned pdf to upload beforehand but then what. The i864 and i864a obviously need to be original given they need to be signed but what about all the other documents? will photocopies of IRS transcripts, W2's and birth certificates suffice?

I got a RFE for my I-129F in December because I forgot to check a box (it was the question about whether or not we used an IMB). I have a scan of every page of my I-129F packet for my interview and I was wondering if, since I forgot to check a box, I can leave it like this for the interview since that's what the original looked like, or if I have to check the box anyway.
