Hi, we live abroad and we filed the I-130 online. We have been assigned to the Nebraska Service Center, apparently the slowest. I noticed on this sites, that many times, it takes 1 year for the form to be accepted, other times takes even 5 months. The lawyer in the video below talks about USCIS's preferences. Apparently, based on the VisaJourney's data, the country doesn't matter too much. I wonder if they give priority to people with a certain profession. What do you think?

I just received a notification that my I-751 was sent to the Texas Service Center, so I wanted to update my timeline. However, the only options for CIS offices under ROC are the California and Vermont Service Centers. Would it be possible to add Texas? And maybe other service centers as well? I believe I saw someone mention that their ROC was sent to Nebraska, but I'm not entirely sure. But there seems to be a trend of cases being sent to locations that normally don't handle these types of petitions. Thank you!

Hi, my American wife and I (European) live in the Netherlands with our son. We filed the I-130 to go back to the US. When I login to the USCIS page to check my case, I get the attached screenshot. We filed everything online. They mention an E-Filed Case Processing Section location. What do the mean? Is there a new service centre we don't know about? Thanks to everyone who is going to reply!

So we're about to file I-485, my question is whether we need to include the I-864 again? Me (the alien) had it during the K-1 interview, after which I discarded the documents (didn't wanna carry and be responsible for my fiancee's financial records), so unfortunately I don't have the whole Affidavit of Support package anymore. Does that mean we'll need to obtain the attachments such as employer's statement, bank statements, W2 etc once again? I still have the form and some other documents, can I use those or are we supposed to assemble a fresh new file?

Seriously...how did I now only find out that I (alien) have to file for the adjustment of status WITHIN the 90 days? O__o I got literally a couple of days only until my K-1 expires on 23rd Feb.....I (well, both of us) thought the 90 days were to get married.
