Hi y'all,

I'm from the Netherlands and heard about the upcoming 30 day travel ban to the US from Europe. I'm really sorry for those of you that were planning to travel but can't anymore..

I am not planning to travel to the US from Europe soon but I was wondering if there is any information on whether processing times for the K1 will be delayed, or the consulates close for a time or any of that type of thing.

(I am still waiting for the NOA2. The visajourney estimate is mid-April.)

Thanks!

My husband did his N-400 application and it was approved! But, he's been following his progress on the USCIS app, and it counted down 18 days...12 days...3 days...2 days...and then all the 'countdown' information disappeared. No more updates. Do you think this means that there's an invitation imminent? Or something else? The last time it changed was 2 weeks ago!

Living abroad, which consu for the interview?

Hi everyone. So, my wife and I live in Holland. She's American, my passport is Italian, our son's nationalities are Italian and American.

We filed the I-130 to move to the US. Will the interview take place at the consulate in Holland or in Italy?

Stupid question, I know, but, in case it's in Italy, I need to organise other documents to fly back if they take my passport and send it back with the visa... I hope this makes sense.

Thanks

I-129/O-1 renewal: drivers license expiration

Hi everybody!

My O-1 Visa expires in a few weeks, as well my drivers license a few days later. I'm still waiting to hear back from the USCIS on my renewal but due to extreme delays it could take until weeks beyond my expiration date. Is there any way that I could extend my drivers license here in California so I can keep driving? Until I hear back on my renewal?

Thank you!
