US Immigration from Nepal

We filed AOS April 27th. Packet was delivered on 29th April. As of today we haven't heard anything from USCIS. Card hasn't been charged yet. Called USICS and they said they do not have information about my case, ended up emailing lockboxsupport with a glimmer hope of getting reply but as of now there is no response. What are the options we have other than waiting for lockbox to reply? will lockbox reply to your email? if YES typically how long it takes for them to reply? should we refile? If we refile and our both packet gets accepted we might ended up paying double fee. Thank you for your advise.

Does unemployment benifit effect to sponser my family to get visa in America?

Due to COVID-19 all airports are closed in Nepal. Can I send a scanned copy of my I-864 for my spouse's interview?

Also, my work's health insurance stated that they will only provide my wife health insurance after she obtains her SSN. Can I have her mention that during the interview or would she need something sooner? Note: I sent my papers to NVC Nov 2019 and again in Jan 2020.

I wanted clarity on whether or not wet signature is required during visa interview. I have been searching forums here and I am seeing both answers. Some say it is required while others say it is not. What are your thoughts?

Remote Marriage in NY during this time:

Not sure about the obstacles in implementing it in different counties but if successful, K1 visa holders in NY waiting for marriage should be the first ones to enjoy. Not sure if it s limited to NY residents only.
