Depending upon when your application was received you will take 2008 Civics Test, or have option to take either 2020 Civics Test or 2008 Civics Test.

Below link has more details on this announcement:

https://www.uscis.gov/citizenship/2020test

My application was received on 01/07/21 so I get choice to pick which test I take. Which test do you all think is easier to pass ?

I have been told our case is processing through Potomac but in screenshot provided status update mentions "E-filed case processing section location". Is this a standard message or does this mean we are not in Potomac? Thank you for reading.

Passport Card after initial application

So I applied for passport book last month. I didn't select "passport card" as it was only useful for ground travel to neighboring countries after reading the state gov website.

It didn't cross my mind that I could use that document as a proof of legal presence and it fits in my wallet (better than passport book or NC). Kicking myself over it now.

Is it possible to call and amend application to include passport card and pay the fee (somehow)? My application is still pending/being processed.

If not possible can I apply again but only for passport card after I receive my passport?

If neither then I'll just have to wait for the current passport to expire and when I renew my passport I select both?

Wondering if anyone was able to obtain both after only applying for one. I searched online but found nothing useful.

Thanks!

My fiance's interview is in a few weeks, so I'm finally starting to think about wedding date planning. Do we need to file for AOS within the 90 day K1 window? If so, how late into the 90 days can we marry and safely have time to file?
