US Immigration from Morocco

I ll probably be told how dumb I am but I don t know what to bring with us to the interview? I m just bringing everything that was uploaded to them throughout the entire process? Does this include the handwritten applications as well as supporting documentation? If something is brought with him that isn t uploaded or something is uploaded that isn t brought is that going to cause a denial? I don t even remember what I submitted where. The only thing I can find is the financial uploads. I have all the hand written documents saved in my phone but not the supporting documentation that I uploaded prior to the financial documents step. I assume there isn t a place that I can t log in where everything I submitted is there correct? I m really kicking myself for not just printing everything out I submitted as we went along

My husband's interview is 10/29 and I was going over the list of what we need. Are the tax transcripts the only thing to bring for the proof of income? Are pay stubs required as well?

Do we need him to have my children's original birth certificates? (my children already US citizens so I don't see why they're needed but this list is confusing?!). We do have 1 child together should he have his birth certificate with him since he is on it? and should it be the original as well if so?

Appleblossom : I've had a green card I stayed more then one year in morocco I've lost my green card and now I'm planning to file for the DV Lottery is that gonna increase my chances to be picked up?

Good morning and happy Tuesday everyone My fianc had a successful K-1 interview in Casablanca Morocco and currently CEAC shows ISSUED since 9/25. It also states that if it has been more than 10 business days and he has not received his passport back to reach out to them so today marks the 10 business day. I wanted to see if anyone knows typically how long it takes to retrieve your passport back? Thank you in advance.

Hi all. I really need some advice here.
I posted this back in July.

Context:

My wife failed her medical examination more than 2 months ago due to TB diagnosis and was not allowed to interview. She did sputum test and we got the results today (~2 months later) that she is positive. However we knew she was positive already because immigration Dr suggested her to go get additional testing at the public health hospital where they treat for TB.

My wife followed the advice immediately after doing sputum for immigration. She has been on TB treatment for 2 months now and has 4 months left (6 month treatment). She will be finished sometime in January 2025.

Today after 2 months following sputum, Dr told my wife that the way forward is the following options:

Option 1. Need to go to the tb facility every day for 6 month treatment and show that she is consuming her medication. They will have to log this. This is as if she is beginning her treatment just now. Dr Nezha said this option is NOT possible for my wife because she already started treatment and won t be able to obtain the proof of 2 months already. On top of this, this is a an absurd requirement that I have a tough time believing Consulate requires this. My wife has a job, it is not feasible to commute to the tb facility every MORNING for 6 months to show she is consuming her medication.

The TB facility gave my wife a TB treatment card to track her progress. She s kept track of it all and attended her appointments with the public TB facility.

Option 2. After my wife finishes her 6 months of medication in January, she will do the sputum test again, wait 2 months for results, and then wait ONE YEAR before she can proceed again with immigration.

Has anyone been thru this process before?? We could really use some advice. We already expedited at USCIS level and at NVC to get the embassy to schedule interview. We were granted expedite at both levels. We CANNOT wait another year. What is the best course of action here?
