Hello,my wife just applied for citizenship and 3 weeks ago and she got 797C notice for interview,is it normal because she just applied and I think the process time takes 7 months??? thank you

Hello! My husband has an upcoming IR1 interview in January at Casablanca. However, the CDC changed the Covid vaccine requirements, stating that if the second dose was taken more than 12 months ago he would need a 3rd dose before his medical exam. The issue is he s been to different places in his city of Agadir and hasn t had luck finding the vaccine. Does anyone know where he could go?

I was wondering if the 90 days to get married once my fianc enters the US also has to be within the 6 months of the medical report or visa?

Basically if it is 6 months+90 days or just getting married within 6 months.

There are just some things needed to be done first for anyone wondering.

I am about to apply for citizenship, marriage based, we did our tax me and my wife together last 3 years using H&R block and randomly I was checking our account and I found that s we gave a balance due to pay for IRS, However we already paid and done our tax with a professional agency. I m pretty sure H&R block miscalculate our tax. My question is do I need to fix that first and wait to apply for citizenship or I just send my tax return for 3 years, Since fixing that tax thing may take time

I m an American. My wife is Moroccan and we have a son who has his US passport. I want to get my wife her ASAP.

What is the best way? Visit visa or K visa? Once here I d like to apply for her immigration visa.

For either, do I apply for her here in the US or does she apply at the embassy in Morocco?
