After my case placed adminstrative proccing . Today changed to refused i dont understand i proved to them all the evidence i know my wife 4 years visited me times i gives them all the evidence they ask for . Chat log weeding pic ...they didnt call me or say anything visa type is ir1 . Am confused

Hi everyone, I'm trying to help a good friend of mine, his parents came to the USA from Mexico illegally , his mom gave birth to him and then got back to mexico to give birth to his brother in Mexico, again they decided to get back to the USA, his parents or brother has no docs , he's trying to help so bad cuz his bro wanna go to college and get a decent job as everyone , I would love If someone could help him even by advice thank you.

Our I-130 case was accepted by the USCIS on November 21st. It was sent to the NVC on December 4th, and then I called the NVC office and they said it was given a paper case number on Dec 13th. They said I still have to wait for an online case file to be assigned to my case, and that I might have to wait another month for this, and for an email to be sent to me. Is this normal? How long can I expect to wait? Thank you so much!

I am applying for a K1 visa for my fiance. Unfortunately I have a criminal record from 20+ years ago when I was a teenager. I've been able to track down the records I need except for one. The state archives and the courthouse do not have the record. I spoke to an attorney and she said it was likely lost because it was so old. She suggested I get a background check to send in it's place. I contacted a company that runs fingerprints for the FBI, but they said they could only email a copy to me. They could not send me a certified copy for this.

I don't know what to do. I assume that a certified copy would be necessary. I have no idea how to get this. Can anyone tell me how I get a certified national background check?
