US Immigration from Morocco

Dear All,

I am currently uploading documents to NVC's online portal. Do I need to sign the documents and then scan them, for example the I-864, or can I just submit them as is?

Are there any other small details that aren't mentioned explicitly in the NVC guide that I should do? Thanks so much!

On CEAC, there is a list of possible types of documents that can be uploaded, including some things that I didn't think were necessary.

1. Proof of US Domicile -> what does this entail, and is this a requirement?

2. Social Security Administration Earnings Statement -> what is this?? is this a requirement??

3. Marriage Certificate -> we need to give it in again??

4. Proof of Relationship between Joint Sponsor and Petitioner -> a requirement?

Today I received this message from Uscis, stating my case is being transferred, originally we were at Nebraska submitted on 02/11/2019, not sure where it has been transferred to as of now, any ideas? Potomac or Texas those are the only two that seems to be slow.

on one email from Uscis it s said, it will start an initial review of the case and talking about both petitioner and recipients background checks and so on, do anyone knows what time frame does it take?

is this a good sign , it s been moved to another office for faster processing.

will the letter that will come in the mail tell me what office will handle my case.

i applies for my my finger print in 22 of August and after in November I got an update says that :your finger prints were taken on 31 August .so I have not heard from them anymore.it has been 4 mouths and 10 day since the update .is there any body hast the same situation please ?
