US Immigration from Morocco

Good afternoon team,

I'm back after four months because I have been approved (NAO2). From the experience of others, what comes next in the process? In the letter it says to wait at least 30 for the NVC to process and then wait until the consular has the paper work from my understanding. Will they send my fiancee a letter or more paper work to fill out? What are the next steps I have to take?

I've been reading ROC first thread/guide. My husband's 90 window begins on April 25, 2020. I've been collecting most of documents needed, except things I need help finding out with.

• Is anyone having a hard time getting in IRS site to get the tax transcripts? For me, the site said it is having occasional problems on that one. Also they closed the mailing tax transcripts until further notice. ARgh.

• Credit cards. I'm an authorized owner of the card (Capital One) and I added my husband to the card. I am kinda lost on how to get the information showing users on statement. He doesn't use the card unless it's an emergency. Any tips on how to get that statement showing our both names?

• bank statements - from what I read, I have to go to the bank to get the form that my husband was added to my account. Personal addendum form. I have the statements but not have both of our names on it...

• As for the car insurance, do I call insurance to get the statements with both of us on it? He was added to the car insurance after getting his driver license.

• We just purchased a new house two months ago. We had been living with my sister since he moved to USA almost 2 years ago and everything is in my sister's address. So how do we explain the new address? We haven't' changed the address yet.

I'm currently in usa with k1 visa, I m preparing forms for adjustment of status and I want to apply for advance of parole to travel outside usa when my applis pending. Do u know please what documents i have to submit with this form and what recommendations for this form and if this form is rejected so my application for adjustment of status will be delayed or influenced, thanks in advance

I m just wondering...maybe someone can explain. So back in 2013 I met and married a guy from Algeria. After only a month of being here I married him to stay within the K1 guidelines. Anyway, right after I married him it was evident he was using me. I asked him to go home and well a whole big thing took place...found weird pictures of my then 5 year old on his phone. Anyway he left in the early morning one day and went to live with my neighbor! I never filed for his papers. I did file a restraining order on him because he tried to call my daughter into an abandon house. Anyway today I found out he is here legally...living in Connecticut. He is getting married in Algeria next year and bringing his wife here. I m just wondering how that is possible. He overstayed his visa and I never filed for his AOS. I thought you couldn t adjust your status if the K1 petitioner doesn t file your AOS. I really don t care what he does...I guess I m just wondering how it s possible. Especially I went to immigration and filed a report against him when he left. If someone can explain how this could possibly happen please tell me. Thanks in advance!

Right now our case in NVC , we should upload all documents that NVC ask for .

My question is what should we do when we know that my wife's incomes isn't enough ?

We need a co-sponsor or join sponsor what what exactly we have to do .

We already have her sister but right this moment we really don't know what exactly should file and follow .

Do we need to file both forms I-864 and I-864ez , then all the request documents ... ????

Or we should only file her sister form I-864 with her sister request documents and my wife taxes ?

Please we are still looking no help .
