US Immigration from Morocco

My story with the Casablanca embassy: I met my wife in 2016. After about four months of talking to each other by video call every night, and getting to know each other, she came to visit me in Morocco. We had already talked about marriage. I proposed to her three days after she arrived here in Morocco because that was Valentine's Day 2017 and I wanred it to be that day.
The consular officer was surprised by that and said "you really proposed to her three days after meeting her?" I said yes and explained everything to him. My visa was refused (December 26, 2017), yet I was never given a reason why.

What does Case status: initial review mean?

I requested an expedite On 6/10, was asked to send expedite evidence on 6/12, and then today I got this update via email.

On June 17, 2020, we received your response to our request for additional information regarding expedite processing of your Form I129F, PETITION FOR ALIEN FIANC (E), Receipt Number WAC*********. Your request has been forwarded to an officer for review.

Does this mean they are reviewing my expedite or reviewing my case?

Hello! I filed for the K1 back in March as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Morocco, right before we were evacuated due to COVID-19. I should be getting my NOA2 within the next couple months and then hopefully the Consulate will be open in Casablanca so my fianc can move forward with the interview. If he has an interview this year, I know I have to use my 2019 tax returns. I only made around $5000 last year as a PCV in Morocco, which is obviously way below the federal poverty line. However, I start my federal job next week where I will be making way over 100% of the federal poverty line. How would you suggest filling out the AOS? I really don't want to use a joint sponsor (even though my dad would say yes if I asked him), but I am just worried about my 2019 federal tax returns, that the officer will look at them and immediately reject it. Should I even include them in the AOS or should I just submit pay-stubs of my current job? Thank you in advance for your help!

My son is 10. He s never been to the US as of yet. He has a US passport, but expired. I tried to apply for a SS # but they want an I expired passport. Embassies are not open for passport services. Any idea as to how to get a SS# for my son?

i will be moving to a different place and i was wondering how i can inform the uscis about it, what is the process ?? i know it can be done online but from what i recall i never had an account with uscis should i make a new one?? also we will be put on a temporary housing so i wont have an address withing the 10 days of moving its probably gonna take us about a month until we move to our permanent house how should i take care of that?

if anyone can help me with providing the right informations it will be very apprecaited.
