US Immigration from Morocco

I would really appreciate it if you guys (VJ SPECIALIST ) could help me with some advice.

I am from Morocco. I and my fianc got approved Notice, valid from 07/31/2020 to 11/30/2020. As is known, events are changing rapidly these days due to COVID-19. usaConsulate of Casablanca ( USCIS CASABLANCA) is a closed cause of COVID-19. Will this affect the exact time the consulate gave us or will there be special laws according to what the world goes through, is there anyone who knows at what time they are back to work or has a source to track news related to this topic?

Our case has stalled at the nvc. We received our no2 and then silence. I had read to contact the nvc to receive our case number, but that too was met with silence. I understand the waiting part as it has been the overall theme for k1 responses here on the forums and don t apply for cr1. I get it. I was talking to another couple, who is in the same situation and they are applying for travel exemption due to the ailing health of the petitioners mother; however my readings tell me that the exemption only applies to specific professions doctors/students. Am I missing something? I had written a letter stating my situation about being pregnant. Our baby is now 4 months old. Are there any recommendations from this group to help him get here to be with his daughter?

My petition was approved on June 11th and the letter stated that I would receive another letter from NVC in about four weeks. I haven't received anything at all and it's been more than two months. Should I be chasing it down? Who should I contact, NVC? I have no idea where my petition is right now.

I'm not sure that anyone can help me as I'm not sure there are people who have been through this situation and my consulate that are still on here. I'm sure there are plenty of people who can pass judgement, but I am really just looking for help not condemnation.

My fiance has to undergo drug testing. It's the standard protocol for the area of 4 tests, every 3 months. The problem is my fiance is being told by the receptionist at doc office, that the doctor said he will need a new medical exam because his is expired. She made it seem like he will be required to have a new medical now even though it will expire before he finishes his testing protocol. I am aware he will need to do one again at the end of the process, for the visa. It just seems a lot ridiculous for the doctor to require one now when it cannot be used for the visa because he won't have finished the testing protocol. I'm not sure if there is just confusion with what the doctor told the receptionist. I'm hoping this is the case.

Does anyone know if you need to have a valid medical exam throughout the whole drug testing process? It would be nice not to spend the money on that and then have to redo it.

What does Case status: initial review mean?

I requested an expedite On 6/10, was asked to send expedite evidence on 6/12, and then today I got this update via email.

On June 17, 2020, we received your response to our request for additional information regarding expedite processing of your Form I129F, PETITION FOR ALIEN FIANC (E), Receipt Number WAC*********. Your request has been forwarded to an officer for review.

Does this mean they are reviewing my expedite or reviewing my case?
