Hello all, Hope you are all doing okay. Here is the situation: My fiance an American lady, we have been able to meet one time last year and we applied for K1 and since we are afraid that we didn't front load the i129f application with enough proof it might get rejected, so we are planning that she will come to Morocco again this summer to meet and be together for 2 weeks and have a traditional morocco ceremony, because the Moroccan embassy familiar that it is important for us to do that and it is not regarded as actual marriage, and we plan to go to turkey later on this year, so we will have plenty of evidence to provide later on too. My question is, is it possible to take my fiance with me to the Casablanca embassy, because we really love each other and we don't want this to be rejected and we cannot do the IR1 visa because of some personal reasons, so maybe her being there with me it would help to show the agent that we really care for each other and establish that it is a bonavida relationship, and at least it would make them check the new evidence we have, since I know the casablanca embassy sometimes they don't care to check for evidence and might reject you. We applied using RapidVisa, so we are sure that all documents were organized and handled properly before submission. Any advice to make this a smooth process, we would appreciate it. Thank you.

Hey everyone, My fiance lives in Turkey and has a scholarship for school. That is the only way she has residency there as she is originally from Morocco. Will it look bad for her to stop going to school there and continue the residency? She is only a year into her 4 year program and it is not something she wants to continue or that will be related to her future US job potentially. I know that visa interviews can sometimes ask about situations like this. If she was living in Turkey for the purpose of school and stopped going while living there then I'm worried it could raise red flags. She would have to do internships that would be time-consuming and pointless for hospitality jobs and they would be completely unpaid if she continues school. We met while she was still living in Morocco and she came to school about a year later in Turkey. Her attending school now creates unnecessary work, doesn't have an end goal, and takes time away from our schedules and potential other career internships she would actually be interested in. I know she could move back to Morocco but our interview will be scheduled in Turkey as the paperwork is now (still waiting on the NVC, our initial petition did get approved though) Advice is appreciated

Hello, our initial petition was recently approved after over a year. My fiance is a Moroccan citizen who studies and lives in Turkey. She has been there for a year. We still have to hear from the National Visa Center. Our interview is not scheduled yet. Our main concerns would be being denied or waiting longer. Our relationship is strong, we only had visited once at the time of our application but have since went on 4 trips total together to different countries (about 3 months in person). We are the same age. The potential things they may judge on is her living in Turkey to study while being a Moroccan citizen. Maybe they would look at the cultural or traditional religious differences of America and a Muslim country. She will likely have her interview in Turkey which I heard can be hard sometimes if the person decides to be. Also, we are wondering how much time it will take since the petition was approved on Sept 30. We have waited over 460 days now. Any advice would be appreciated, I researched a ton on this but it's always good to learn more.

Is there a time of the day that USCIS updates our statuses? Are they updated as they are approved or at the end of the day or something ? I need help with this new unhealthy obsession with checking all day long
