Me and my fianc e and we did the first part of process and they sent her a text message '' you case was received Receipt WAC2090.... Official Receipt Notice ( form I-797) to follow in mail .Msg & data rates may apply.
I want know what we need to do in this stage and what is the next steps and process .

My fiancee applied for a k1 Visa for me on August the first yesterday he received a letter that they need more evidence please tell me is our case going to be only delayed or refused if they don't have enough evidence.

We got approved me and my fiancee June then NVC sent us un email said that they sent our case to casablanca embassy and I will be contacted by embassy when my case is ready for process but until now we haven't get anything from us embassy in casablanca, our petition expired last month October we tried to call and contact but we still don't know what to do, I don't know if it's ok and we just have to wait or we have to do something like applying for visa but they hasn't requested us to do that, also I don't know if I have to fill out DS 160 FORM or wait until they message me, please if someone knows exactly what's process after NVC SENT case to embassy, thank you in advance

Does the USCIS website when it said k1- i129f 5-7 months processing time, is that like the whole process of time from filing to his interview or just the time it takes from the NOA1 to the NOA2

Hi everyone! I'm about to start filing for K1 visa. My fiance has a 16 year old boy. I've seen my fiance multiple time but I haven't seen her child in person and he's included in the petition. Do I have to meet/see her child in person? Will they need to see evidence that we met? During the interview, will they ask her son questions? Will they ask him if we met?
