My daughter is an LPR , a year ago she applied for her husband after they married outside of US.

How long it will take review the petition I 130 for them?

Hi everyone! I need your advice and opinion about situation we are experiencing.

i brought my parents , they got their stamps at the port of entry.

my mothers green card has arrived ten days ago but my father s has not.

i checked case status trying to find out the tracking number for the card or get any information but it showed only old action on their case ( you case was sent to NVC etc)

I called the talked to the lovely machine to their link to the same what I did and that was all help I got.

can I possibly talk to tier 1 or 2 about the card? How you dealt with it you were in my situation?

any advice is highly appreciated!

I really need your advice. My parents got their passports with immigrant visa from US embassy. Their visas are valid till the 18 th April 2024, which means they have to enter USA before this date.
my question: what happens if they can t do it before this date ( they have some medical issues) , what is the procedure of getting a new one.

Good morning everyone! Can you guys share your experiences with getting SSN number. I am asking about my daughter's matter who successfully arrived 2 days ago. She was told that her permanent resident card will arrive within 120 days. But how to deal with SSN?
