US Immigration from Mexico

I have not been able to find anywhere that says how long it takes to get scheduled for our interview in Ciudad Juarez.

Can anyone tell me how long it took from the time they were approved by NVC to the time they received their Interview date?

We are trying to plan, and just wanted a general timeframe to help us as we wait. We have been in this process for a very long time and are hopeful now that all we need is the interview.

All my forms, documents and fees have been approved by NVC since April 14th 2022. Im only waiting to be schedule for interview but no updates yet. How long does it take???

Hello, my brother mentioned to me somebody told him about a visa he could apply for to accompany/help my elderly parents whenever they travel to US for medical appointments and to visit family. I just don't seem to find the information on the type of visa he is talking about. Will that be B1/B2?

As a side note he could be petitioned by my parents but it takes 15 years or more for a visa for Mexican citizens. He has a petition through my sister but his priority date is still far away.

I recently had my citizenship interview and passed the test! Yippee! However USCIS is asking that I get a document from MX that shows that I don t owe child support. I ve tried contacting my consulate, the registro civil, and even went to the child support office here. I ve never owed child support and there s no case in Mexico so no one seems to know where I can get this document from. It literally just needs to say there are no open cases and I have no financial obligations from the Mexican government. Does anyone know where I can get this from!?

Hello! My wife and I are filing the I-130 and I-130a, I am the beneficiary.

I'm in the US on tourist visa since February and I am going back to Mexico in December and do consular processing.

The issue is that I don't know how to answer this question in the form.

It is asking to put my address for the last five years which I think I should put my address from Mexico which is from 2005 to present.

Then the I-130 asks to put the last address where we live together... we've been living together since June to Present. So I think that's the correct answer.

However isn't it contradictory that I have 2 address at the same time ?

It's very confusing.
