Hello! I hope everyone is enjoying their Sunday. I was hoping someone could help me with my I-751 form, I have a couple of questions. 1. I've read that this form is being filed "jointly" by my husband and I. My question is, since we are filing jointly, is it necessary to list myself as the preparer on the form? Or is the preparer anyone who is not the petitioner (conditional resident)? 2. Part 1, Question #9 asks for the petitioner (my husband's) USCIS online account number. We made him an account back when we paid the immigrant fee before he entered the US, however, this account doe not have a USCIS online account number associated with it. What we do have is the USCIS online account number that was assigned to me when I initially filed form I-130 4 years ago. Should I put this online account number down ir just keep it blank? Thank you in advance!

Hi, I'm renewing my 10-year green card this week and have some questions about the form( I came to USA through a K-1 visa). At this point I'm so confused! Hope to get answers from people who have gone through this recently and can shed some light on this topic! Question 3: Location where you applied for an immigrant visa or adjustment of status (Is this the city where I was living? Is it the National Benefits Center- as it appears on my I-797?) Location where your immigrant visa was issued or USCIS office where you were granted adjustment of status (I had my AOS interview in San Bernardino CA, and the letter of approval was sent from that office. Or should I type California Service Center, according to the code on my GC?).

Hi ! Can anyone offer some information about form 221g when no additional documents are required ? I had my interview in Juarez Mexico June 28th. I had my interview and the only document they questioned was my birth certificate since i wasn't registered until I was 17 years old. My mother brought me to the u.s as an infant and never registered my birth until the Mexican Consulate in San Antonio Texas started offering that service in 2017. The officer that interviewed me stated that they needed to talk to my mom to get "the facts straight". I went back the next day with my mom and they told me that there was no note that she was necessary in anything and that I was placed under administrative processing and just had to wait. I was able to get on DACA with that birth certificate when I was 17 years old so I never imagined that would be an issue. My spouse wanted me to get my residency so I would have a more permanent status. I've been in the U.S my whole life so this is very devastating. Does anyone have a timeline on how long this might take or advice on something I can do to speed this up? Thank you !

Hello all, I have 2 questions but first let me layout all the important details...I submitted an I-130 for my wife and another for my stepdaughter in August 2019. USCIS approved the I-130 petitions in April 2020. I filled out, signed and uploaded 1 I-864 into CEAC May 2020. I did not "Submit Documents" until much later due to a custody case that we were waiting on for our daughter. (Biological father has never been in the picture or helped out regardless of how much my wife tried. So he lost custody in 2021, which he never exercised to begin with.) All of our documents were approved and documentarily qualified in May 2023. Our visa appointment is in Ciudad Juarez, Mex on 21-Jul-2023. So, I've had 3 tax seasons in between that time. The I-864 has an "expired" expiration date. I used 1 I-864 for both my wife and our daughter. Questions: - Expired I-864: Should I complete, sign and upload another document into CEAC? Or should I complete and sign an updated one so that my wife can hand carry it juuuuust in case they ask for a recent one? We have all of my tax documents for the last few years already.
- I cannot find where I read that 1 I-864 would be good for both of them. Even though the forms have been documentarily qualified, should I fill out one for my daughter? The one i uploaded to CEAC was the same one I did for her mother. If I should complete a second one.....upload it? or have it on hand in case they ask?
Thanks in advance!!!!
