CEAC/NVC "supporting evidence" questions

We submitted the IV application (DS-261). Now it's on to the civil documents. Below I'm attaching a screenshot of what they're asking for. Questions:

  1. I'm assuming marriage cert, birth cert, police cert need to be translated to English? What about passport bio page?
  2. I can gather from the information on the linked travel.state.gov site that the police certificate is basically a criminal record. Is there a certain form it must take? Is there a better name for it? If she goes into the local police station in Mexico and asks for a police certificate for immigration, will she get the right thing?
  3. I can't find any mention on the travel.state.gov site of the "photos" they are requesting. We already submitted the passport page, marriage cert, and lots of photos of us together with the original I-130 package. What do they want here?

The link shown in the screen shot takes me here: https://travel.state.gov/content/travel/en/us-visas/immigrate/the-immigrant-visa-process/collect-and-submit-forms-and-documents-to-the-nvc/step-5-collect-supporting-documents.html#docfinder. It looks like there's supposed to be a "document finder" that I can click on to get more information about the documents, but it does not work. Sorry if this stuff is covered elsewhere, I really did search!

NVC AOS proof of income - letterhead??

Hey all, I'm filling out the AOS (I-864EZ) right now, and I've gotten to the part about income. I didn't make much money last year since I spent half the year in Mexico with my wife, so I'm submitting proof of income for this current year to show that I'm above the poverty line. According to travel.state.gov's site, evidence of income must meet the criteria below:

- Includes my name and the company's

- Is on signed, business letterhead, and

- Is issued within the last 3 months.

Now, I'm wondering how important the second one really is. I can provide a pay stub, no problem, but do they honestly expect it to be signed and on business letterhead? Who does that? I get the paystub from Intuit and it looks pretty bland. It's directly deposited to my account. Do I need to ask my company to draft some custom paycheck document on official letterhead with a signature?

I checked my case online on 9/23/19 and my case was updated to:

Case Was Updated To Show All Fingerprints Were Taken And Case Is In Process

As of September 21, 2019, we are processing the fingerprints for your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRCXXXXXX, at our Texas Service Center location. We will send any case updates or notices to the address you gave us.

No i did not receive a letter that were my bio metrics were going to be re-used.

Today i received email from my e-request stating: The status of this service request is:

We have received your service request and researched the status of your case. We have had to perform additional review and this has caused a delay in processing time. Your case is currently in line for processing and adjudication. Cases are processed in the order in which they were received.

I guess the waiting continuous. GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR.

Hello friends,

Hopefully somebody can guide me and tell me what else I can do.
The I-130 for my mom got accepted on September 2018 and she's been in queue to interview since then, and no update. I call NVC and they keep telling me to continue waiting. She is 67 yo and she is not getting any younger.
She is in Mexico, what else can I do? :( I am starting to lose hope, and I don't know what else I can do.

I am in the list as bamarolltide: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1xbLl_8yDgHLeDaLnTrPdYc44J0sjPSFfYCKxlKx6uTY/edit#gid=0

And even other people that got approved after us have received their interview.
