US Immigration from Mexico

I was reviewing the instructions on i485 regarding the medical.

It states we may file the i693 after sending i485 or even elect to present it at the interview.

Anyone done this before? If so, any issues arise?

I plan to file before october 15th, but my wife will not be on my insurance by then and she needs her vaccines still for age 26 female (im counting 3 vaccines and the flu vaccine)

so anyone file i693 after without issues?

My fiance does not find the last letter of the consulate where the instructions for the visa interview come k1 someone knows what can happen

It s been almost a month since my package was sent out to NVC. I ve emailed NVC to the email USCIS sent on our NO2 on September 17th, but i haven t had a reply. What would be the best thing to do?

My fiance had her interview Friday Sept 20th and received a 221G for AP but no additional docs or proof needed. Asking and surfing the web found that it's a normal process. Would love to know if your are in the same situation, or if you have been through the same in the past that would share your story and or status.
