can an interview expedite request be made before submitting the ds260,civil documents , and recieving a case complete by the NVC ?

i have my request ready with all documents of proof. the ds260 is 99% ready to be submitted and irs transcripts should arrive in a few days just dont want to jump the gun if this has too happen after those steps thanks in advance for your friendly answers

I am sending in my wife's and my step-sons AOS documents today,

Cover letter

G-1145 (E-verivication of acceptance)

Copy of passport with visa and entry stamp

I94 record

Birth certificate with translated copy (certified)

copy of my wifes and my marriage certificate

2 passport fotos

COPY of the affidavit sent with my wifes AOS.

(I693 vaccine portion is being sent at a later date)

Our CRBA and passport was approved in Mexico City and I would like to get a social security card before we enter the USA if possible. What is the fastest way to do that?

Anyone with cc in June 2019 for interviews in Juarez ?

1. Do we need to pay a fee at POE (we paid $325 at the interview receipt below)

2. Is the green card mailed after embassy approval/visa stamp or after POE

3. Do I need to file a "change of address" each time I move if I maintain my original mailing address on file? I plan on moving around a lot for work and would be staying at lots of temporary locations for months at a time.
