Work Visa with medical sponsor

Good evening!

I m a Mexican medical graduate visiting USA oftentimes to see my girlfriend, who is a permanent resident, and I m preparing to get my test to apply for a medical residency program in 3 years.

While visiting my girlfriend in the States who is actually working as a medical assistant, I met her boss, and helped him with some carpentry issues he had, and we became friends.

While talking to him, he asked me about my plans, which are marrying my girlfriend in 3 years when she becomes eligible for citizenship, and coming back and forth to Mexico. After a few months, this physician, who is a extremely wealthy person and who has a federal judge as his best friend, asked me if I was interested in getting a Work visa to work just as my girlfriend as a medical assistant, to which obviously I answered yes.

A few days after that, he called his attorney, who told him that it was practically impossible to get such thing because of Trump s administration, even if he knew this federal judge and has a lot of money to sponsor. As far as I know, this attorney area isn t migration, but is car wrecks and that kind of stuff.

Although I know how the law works, the actual immigration panorama, I feel like his attorney didn t want to try at all.

1. My question is, should I look for a second opinion?

2. Is there any other kind of sponsorship besides the Work visa that this friend of mine could get me to be legally in the USA?

Thank you very much in advance!

No response because of joint sponsor?

Hello,

i sent my package on September 16, according to USPS they received it on September 19. It s been 7 weeks and still no response. I was wondering, could the lack of response be because we haven t sent the joint sponsor information yet? Our lawyers said that could be send once they requested for more evidence. we re having trouble trying to get a joint sponsor, but they told us we still had time to get one.

Can we send the form for the joint sponsor now even if they haven t responded yet.

i have already sent an email to the lockbox and they said it could take up to 30 days to respond. So what else can we do? We re tired of waiting and getting no response.

Thank you

I called the NVC in Porthsmouth NH and they said Ciudad Juarez processing times for interviews are behind. In September they were working on paperwork received in December of 2018. So if that is the case my paperwork was complete by the NVC on August 5th, 2019 they send my completed forms Juarez. If Juarez keeps the same pace I won't be notified until April or May of 2020.

So just wondering those who have been to a CDJ cr1 interview . What was a question that was asked that maybe wasn't typical. Of course every case is different And every officer is different so questions vary. aside from quien te pide. Donde trabaja etc. My husband has an awful memory. Just want him to be prepared for any questions they might throw at him.

Hello guys,

I m the beneficiary waiting in Mexico and my husband is thinking on coming live with me while we wait on our I-130 approval but he would be still working on the US. our PD is Aug 30 2019 in Nebraska, the question is now what? Would this affect our case? When we move together how do we have to let them know that we are now living together in Mexico, Do you all think we will have problems for the NVC stage and interview? Thank you in advance for your help.
