US Immigration from Mexico

Hello all, my wife is applying for citizenship (N400 online). I am a citizen and she is applying with the 3 year rule. When she enters the 3 year info for residence, work, and time outside of the country, it gives an error saying missing info (says it needs 2 more years).

Should she ignore these error messages and continue with only 3 years of info? She has only lived in the US for about 4 years.

Just looking for some advice regarding my AOS, I have a Tourist Visa, and in the past I had a student visa, I been a TTP for 5 years also, two years ago I got married to my wife and we have a kid, I was working in my country and everything legal, but in one of our visits we decide to stay and start the processing of the AOS that way I can become a green card holder.

I sent my paperwork to chicago Lockbox with I130, I485, I864, I765 and I131 on October 29.

They received my package on the 31 October

Got NOA1 on October 22nd

Got NOA off biometrics on December 6 and needed to go on the 18 of this month

So this is my dilema, my I94 expires on the 23rd of this month, do I need to get an extension or another I94? I am good overstaying since I am in the middle of the process? Also the NOA 2 says if I don t show up that means I am abandoning my case.

What are your thoughts?

Oct-Notice to appear for fingerprints for November 13th

Nov 14th fingerprints under review

Checked old website today and now as of Dec 10th : On December 10, 2019, your Form I-751, Petition to Remove Conditions on Residence, Receipt Number SRCXXXXXXXXXXXXXX was transferred to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case. Please follow the instructions in the notice. If you do not receive your notice by January 9, 2020, please go etc. etc.

Hoping it got transferred to a service center thats faster.....anyone else on the same boat?

I recently became a US citizen and want to help my mom become a resident or get her a visa. However, she is currently living in the country illegally. She's never had a criminal record or any issues with authorities. The only issue I have is that my grandma is currently sick in Mexico and she wants to go back to be with her. I'm wondering if she leaves the country, how much would it affect the process BEFORE I submit any paperwork?

I just tried to use the United Health Care that advertises on visa journey. I need a policy for my husband for a couple of weeks until January 1. They will not cover anybody that has not been in the United States for the past 12 months. So that s crazy that they re advertising when it s not going to work for many people in this circumstance. Does anybody have any suggestions for a company that offers a short term catastrophic type policy?
