I m hoping that someone can provide my family with some much needed guidance. I recently became a U.S. Citizen and now am wanting to begin the process for my wife to become a permanent resident. She came in to the US without inspection so we know that she would be be able to adjust but rather apply for a waiver of admissibility. Also, we understand that first we need to submit form I-130. My question is, on question 62a of form I-130 it says The beneficiary will not apply for an adjustment of status in the United States, it he or she will apply for an immigrant visa abroad in a U.S . embassy or U.S. consulate in is This the correct path for her? If so can we select any embassy in M xico, or are we limited to the one in Juarez.

Can someone let me know if this is the long form birth certificate in mexico? Got and RFE for adjustment of status requesting a birth certificate. Sent this in with a translated copy. I know she has a pink birth certificate as well and her son has a long sheet birth certificate. Want to be sure we send in the right one. Is this the long form? v P.S, not her certificate. this one was taken off google.

I am starting the process for my mother-in-law to get a tourist visa to visit here (my wife is conditional GC holder, I am USC). I would prefer that she get a bcc so she can come back and visit several times without having to go through the visa process again. I am confused on the application if I need to do both a B2 and a BCC, or just a BCC or B2 alone. I am getting conflicting information that Mexican residents automatically get a BCC when applying for a B2. Thanks
