Hi We have a pending ROC for over a year and our citizenship interview is in two weeks. We've not heard anything more about the ROC interview, so does that mean it will not happen on the same day? Or have any of you arrived for the citizenship interview and been allowed to request the ROC also? If anyone had both pending and finished the citizenship intereview what happened? Were you notified you'd do both? Thanks

If someone is in the US on a tourist visa and they get married, does their tourist visa become void? If so, if they over stayed the tourist visa but got married before it expired, are they legal or illegal? They have not yet submitted the green card applications (130/485/etc).

Now that apparently we have a war and I'm planning on becoming a US citizen this year I couldn't avoid thinking of the possibility of being recruited, which would be against my will since I don't support wars and I don't consider myself war material (or useful to it in any way). So I'm wondering: Can a US Citizen (former permanent resident) with no military training at all be recruited? What's the likelihood of it? Facts to know: - I am an only son.
- I have a letter from the Selective Service System stating that I was not required to enlist since I became a resident after being 26 years old.
- My concern is not because of religious reasons.
Thanks in advance for any comments/thoughts on this. Peace

Hello guys, I'm. Mexican and we use to have most of the time 2 first names and 2 last names. I'm doing my adjustment of status and I don't want to lose all my identity. For example my name is : Karina Paula Garza Garcia My husband last name is :Green I would like to use as a new name as: first name: Karina middle name: Garza last name. Green Do you think that using my single last name now as middle name in order to leave just my husband last name as my only last name could be a problem? Is this possible? Thanks
