Hello! I have my k1 interview in a few weeks, me and my fiance live together, I checked the box for domestic partnership as my marital status, I want to know is this was a mistake? Since we send our lease contract for our house back when we file for the I-129F I though this was the correct box for me to check. Am I wrong?

I received my NOA (I-797) a few months ago in the mail. After a few months after that I received a letter from the consulate saying we can now make the appointment for the interview.
My question is that if the form says Valid from 12/03/2019 to 04/02/2020 but there are no available appointments at the consulate until after 05/25/2020, does this matter? Does that affect anything? What should we do?

I live in Ohio , im about to submit my I129F K1 my beneficiary lives in Monterrey Mexico. Does anyone know which service center represents Ohio residents typically for K1? and also which consulate will my beneficiary go too for the medical exam the Monterrey or is it always Juarez Mexico?

Hi, I need some advice on what to file as my mother will be the Joint sponsor. She just divorced my father last year 2019. The documents I would be sending in is from 2016-2018 taxes however, all of those said she was married and we're joint returns. I'm currently waiting to hear back on my removal of conditions (I-751) so that I can get the 10 year green card. My question is, how long after I receive the card do I have to wait until I can apply for citizenship?

I know for spouses of US Citizens, the wait time to be able to apply is 3 years but is that three years in total or three years when you get your 10 year green card?
