US Immigration from Mexico

My husband, son and I came to Mexico City while my adjustment of status, I have an advance parole which allows me to travel until March 3rd this year. We have 2 kids now my husband doesn t want to come back with no work to the US. What s going to happen if I abandoned the case? I ll be able to apply again?

Hello! My fiance and I have a doubt regarding the I-134, the question annual income, should we provide the 2019 income or the 2020 expected income?

My fiance have the 2019 tax documents ready(w2, transcripts, paystubs)

He also have the 2020 pay stubs so far.

We are above the 125% with the 2019 taxes and is gonna be even higher 2020.

My mother's name is "Mary", but she was registered at birth as "Ma.", so in our marriage certificate (we got married in Mexico) she is listed as "Mary" in the mother of the spouse part, and she was also a witness and on that part they put "Ma.", we didn't notice the mistake until later, and we don't know if that's going to be a problem or not.

Since my birth certificate is wrong because it says Mary, i have to have that corrected first, then i can have the marriage certificate corrected and that's going to take me 1-2 months at least.

Should we just go along and send the mariage certificate as it is? I've already started the process to have the documents corrected, so if they send a RFE i would then send the documents. Or should i wait until i have that tiny mistake corrected? we're nervous because of the upcoming changes in the process next week.

How long does it take to receive the K1 Visa after the interview?

Just curious on the reasons you could get an rfe for aos . I m just thinking if I could possibly get one for my medical (I m due for a shot I believe), & possibly needed to add more evidence of marriage such as pictures or joint evidence.
