US Immigration from Mexico

Do I need to file a I-130 when I file the I-485 for my k2 children? I got a rejection notice asking for an I-130 or a I-797 showing the I-130 has been accepted or approved . I checked the box for marriage based visas and checked the one saying k1/k2

Hello! My husband (USC) wants to pay his 2019 taxes, but we have some doubts.
I am in the process of CR-1 and I live in Mexico, but I do not declare taxes (it works differently in Mexico than in the US, you do not need to declare if you earn less than a certain amount per year) and i've never been in the US.

1. Can he add me as a dependent? he sends me money every month.
2. If I can't get an ITIN because I don't have tax returns and I've never entered the US (they ask me to have US stamps in my passport) is there any other way to add me without the ITIN? or does he have to fill his taxes as a single person?
3. last year due to ignorance and because he had never lived in the US, (he was born there and emigrated to Mexico as a child) he filled taxes as a single person, this was wrong? our interview for the CR-1 visa will most likely be at the end of this year, weare afraid this may be a problem, I think he need to make a correction to the taxes sent from 2018 but I am not sure.

My husband's interview was Jan. 21, 2020, and then he was administrative processing 221g while they requested documents twice. His status on CEAC finally changed to ISSUED on Feb 28, 2020. He's been gone for 7 weeks and so now we are waiting on the waybill number to be able to pick up his passport with the visa. Has anyone been approved in Juarez in the last week or so? If you were, how long did it take to get your passport/visa picked up in Juarez?

I filed an AOS for my two children and I got my entire package sent back to me saying that "based on the information you provided, your priority date could not be established. Please resubmit your application with the proper documentation to the address listed on the bottom of this notice" my question is what documents they need they have a list here but do I submit an I-130 for my kids ? Or are they asking for a copy of my original petition which was a I-129f ? But I submitted a copy of the I-797 showing that it was already approved. I'm not sure what they want me to submit. Also if I submit an I-130 do I have to pay a separate fee ?

Quick question. So my wife was an au pair thus already has a SSN. We have since done the K1, was approved, applied for AOS and the EAD card as well. She was approved and received the EAD/advance parole card. She doesn t have her green card yet.

Her existing social security card (the physical one) is the one she received when she was an au pair. On it, it says Valid for work only with DHS authorization . We plan on getting her a new card, but does the fact that she was granted the EAD mean that she is ready to work? Or does she need a new social security card without that note on it?
