US Immigration from Mexico

The online form says

2" x 2" photo of your spouse

And says nothing about the Spouse being in the US.

The paper form instructions have the additional text.

Do I need to provide this?

Makes be nervous it doesn't say anything.

A month ago I got an RFE asking for a I-864 coming from the petitioner's in this case my wife, we did send one but it was a Joint sponsor, anyway I got all the information ready to sent on what the RFE is asking for, but here is my dilemma:

I just got my medical exam done, but I don't know If I should sent it with the RFE that way I don't get a pink letter saying I need to get my medical exam, anyway I hope I can get some help or advice here since I am planning on sent the package between today or tomorrow.

I am confused as to what exactly this question means. Can anyone please clarify this further.

Does this include illegal entries without document fraud and misrepresentation or Does it only pertain to document Fraud and misrepresentation in section 274c of the immigration and nationality act 212 (a) (6)

I am the petitioner for my husband, I am a US citizen, my question is about my joint sponsor who is my sister.

IHAVE TWO QUESTIONS.....

is it necessary to provide the NVC with the last 3 income tax? I am asking because she didn't earn enough neither in 2017($3500), 2018($10000) nor 2019... ($18000) but on sep 2019 she got a job that will pay her enough to be our joint sponsor. ($40000)... which also means that on her 2019 income tax she still does not earn enough to be our joint sponsor but I am planning to send a letter from her employer saying how much money she will make on 2020.... and send her paychecks.... is this going to work????????

Who needs to write the email for expedite visa cr1... the petitioner or the beneficiary?

Reasons: I am a us citizen and 7 months pregnant... my main support after and before having my baby is my husband who lives in one of the most dangerous cities of Mexico right now... celaya gto. I live with depression and anxiety everyday since he's over there ... also he just lost his job at a vehicle repair shop... due to delinquency and extortion to the vehicle repair shop...

Are those enough reason to get approved for expedite? Thanks
