US Immigration from Mexico

Hi everyone,

I am a Mexican national and our K1 Fiance visa was approved in Juarez February 19th. My visa says I have until the 18th of August to enter the United States. Our plans were to wait it out until July so we could secure a venue and properly plan our wedding in Dallas. With the COVID pandemic, we have now postponed plans to have a big wedding and instead do something intimate. Will I have any issue flying from Mexico by myself without my fiancee in the next few weeks?

Has anyone seen this!?!?! So I'm guessing this covers ALL visas?

Hello..has anyone got this notice? We filed to remove conditions for my wife back in May 2019 today I received a text saying our case had updated..It said our Interview was cancelled..but we never received a notice of Interview date

Hello, I am currently putting all my stuff together for my I-129f. But maybe someone can help me with providing criminal records. I went to my local courthouse and the clerk told me my files were purged from my record. She gave me a certified copy stating that. Is that good enough to send? Or will I get RFE? Also it was not a crime that would not allow me to get approved for a visa in case anyone asks. Thanks for your help
