I am super excited cause after about 5 months of filing AOS from a B1 vida by marrying a USC I got my EAD today. However I applied with a lawyer for advanced parole and my EAD clearly says not valid for re entry. Could it happen that they just simply don t give me the AP? What can I do in this case? I really must go home when the covid 10 situation settles.

Hello, this is my first post and I looked around hoping to find both an answer or a place to post my question.

my EAD is on the mail, I got my approval letter today. I selected the option to get my SSN issued to me. Will I still get it? Are the Social security offices also doing back office jobs Like USCIS? I understand I cannot get a job without it.

I have submitted my application for naturalization a couple of days ago. I went to check the case number and under the documents tab, only shows 1 file uploaded. I know I uploaded several files, does anyone have this same issue? Is it a glitch maybe? I m very concerned as I don t want my application to be denied if the system shows I didn t upload the required documentation. I m ready to call USCIS but want to know if someone is on the same boat.

Hi guys! Hubby and I are working on the I-751 packet for my husband. I posted a question 2-3 days ago and as you can see on #3 at the picture I have attached, I was told to have my parents get an affidavit attesting to our living arrangements since my husband, child and I live with my parents but I have a few questions.

1) Do both my parents need to make their own letter or can it have both their names on one letter?

2) I ve looked at older threads and examples and they all provided the parents address, social security number, Date of birth, place of birth, when they became residents or citizens, copies of parents and beneficiary/spouse drivers license, letters mailed to parents and beneficiary/spouse with the same address, and parents phone number. They also stated to send receipts of bills we pay but we don t pay bills. We only give my parents $200 a month to use on any bills they want.
Is the response the person gave me on my previous post gave me enough information to write a sworn affidavit or do I need to add all of my parents information like the older threads/examples I saw?

I would really like an update or an example letter please
