US Immigration from Mexico

Is anyone cc late 2019 and waiting for a visa interview in Juarez? Our cc was 8/29/19 so we were assuming early August 2020 for an interview but now we are not so sure. Are interviews that were cancelled due to Covid being rescheduled, knocking others over 2 months?

I am currently in the process of filing adjustment of status for my mother. As i've been filling out all the information, I noticed that there is a typo on her B1/B2 Visa and, consequently, her I-94. It appears as follows (note, this is just an example, names have been changed):

Name on Passport: Laura E. Rodriguez

Name on B1/B2 and I-94: Lara E. Rodrigez (missing the U in Laura, and missing a U in Rodriguez).

The B1/B2 card shows her correct Birthdate, and her Signature (which spells out the correct name).

1. Will this be an issue when going through the Adjustment of Status process?

2. Should I include her misspelled name as shown on the B1/B2 card on the "OTHER NAMES USED" sections of the forms?

I'm thinking that USCIS will be able to cross-reference the birthdate shown on the Passport and B1/B2 card, as well as the photos on each document to verify identity, but just wanted to see if any of you have had similar situations.

I am having trouble changing my address. On the USCIS website and on my uscis online account there is a form for address changes but you can only fill it out using states and zip codes from the US. I filled the i-130 while I was abroad living with my husband but I have now moved back to the US and haven't been able to change the address. I'm afraid that the NOA2 will be sent out and we won't know about it since neither I or my husband live in the address we used when filling. So my question is, do I need to call USCIS or how do I go about providing my new address.

I submitted my K1 Visa packet about a month ago. I've been working 2 jobs for several months and listed both end dates as "present" on my I 129F form since I was working both at the time I submitted my forms. Unfortunately due to my car breaking down I cannot work my secondary job. Is there anything I should do to notify USCIS that I am no longer working there or is this not of importance? To answer any possible questions, it was for supplemental income only. I wasn't completely relying on the income and I can still meet the min income requirements fine with my primary work. I'm more concerned if I need to give them some kind of notice that I'm no longer working there.

We accidentally filled out an outdated form when applying for for my husband's citizenship. Of course our application has been rejected and returned. My question is. Was the money order order I sent cashed? The "check the status" feature on the USPS website doesn't work.
